This advent is a re-print of an advent calendar first printed in 1958. It is a tri-fold calendar made to stand and features a snowy village scene with villagers in the town center at a Christmas market. There are also two scored sections that fold forward and help the advent to stand. It has beautiful silver glitter accents and very fine detail. There are 24 numbered windows, one to open each day before Christmas. Made in Germany by a company making traditional calendars since 1946. Measures 18-5/8" by 11-1/4" when flat.
