We ship via the US Post Office. Parcels ship either USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (formerly First Class) or USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
We offer free US shipping on single orders of $99 or more. If a $99 subtotal is reached free shipping is an option in checkout. Free shipping over $99 does not apply to multiple orders and is not combinable with orders placed through our Etsy shop.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking when your order ships.
We do not currently offer overnight or expedited delivery options.
Once your order has shipped, delivery within the US averages 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
USPS Ground Advantage -- Estimated delivery time 4-7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail -- Estimated delivery time 2-4 business days.
Free US Shipping -- Estimated delivery time 4-7 business days.
International delivery averages 10 days to 4 weeks, depending on country, but can take up to 6 weeks for remote locations.
Please note that while we make every effort to get your order to you quickly WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY A SPECIFIC DATE and are not responsible for any delays that happen in transit. Once a package has been handed off to USPS we have no control or influence over handling or delivery.
Refunds are not issued for orders that arrive past estimated delivery times.
We are unable to send parcels billable to another party's UPS or FedEx account.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:
Orders shipped to multiple addresses are charged the standard shipping charge for each address. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please be aware that you may be required to pick up or sign for your package at a post office and possibly pay duty/customs fees. Any duties imposed by your particular country are your sole responsibility and are unknown to us when we ship your package. The shipping cost on your order covers postage and handling only. The full cost of the goods purchased will be listed on the customs forms.
Please be aware that some international shipments sent via First Class are not trackable past movement in the USA. If an international package does not arrive and is insured we MUST WAIT 45 days past the ship date to file an insurance claim.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
For packages returned to us as "unclaimed, undeliverable, insufficient address, no such address/address unknown, or parcel refused": We are happy to re-send, but please note that postage will be charged again at the rate of the original order. Alternatively, we are happy to issue a refund for the item/s subtotal, less original postage and any return postage fees. Original postage is not refundable. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the original out-bound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please note that because we ship to the address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible if you provide an incorrect address. Please be sure to provide the correct delivery address when ordering -- we are not able to re-route packages that have already been sent. Packages returned due to incorrect address will be refunded less original postage cost and any return postage fees.
Was your order damaged during shipping?
We make every effort to pack your items safely and securely. If your order was damaged during shipping, please be sure to save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as received. Please provide us with photos of the damaged item/s and packaging to us to help facilitate and expedite an insurance claim.
MAKING A RETURN:
If you would like to make a return, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST for instructions.
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your order for items in unopened, unused, original, re-sellable condition, with any associated packaging. Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUT TRIMS OR YARDAGE or items purchased with a coupon code or at a discounted price.
If making a return, please note the following:
-- Only full price items are eligible for return. Items purchased with a coupon code or at a discounted price are Final Sale.
-- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
-- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual out-bound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

-- Refunds are issued in the form of original payment (minus original shipping).
-- All merchandise must be returned in original condition.
-- All sales are final on trims and cut yardage.
-- A restock fee may apply to canceled and returned orders at our discretion.
• Please package your return carefully with appropriate packaging and protection. Items must be received in original, re-sellable condition.
• While not required, it is best to send the package with a tracking number so you'll have confirmation that your package has arrived.
• We also recommend sending the return package insured as we cannot be held responsible for or issue refunds for lost or damaged returns.

• Blown glass ornaments and decorations require substantial packing materials and are labor intensive to pack. Please note that a 25% restock fee will be levied on any returned glass ornaments.

• Items that have been out of our possession past our return window are no longer considered original condition, as we have had no control over their handling or storage. We do not accept returns for items that are not original quality.
• We do not "buy back" items that are left over from your project, event or celebration. Our return window is 15 days from receipt of your order, as shown by the tracking number.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to get something else, please place a new order for the different item/s.
REFUNDS FOR LATE OR MISSING SHIPMENTS:
The estimated delivery times listed on our website are just that, estimates, and are not guaranteed. Refunds are not issued for orders that arrive past estimated delivery times.
Refunds are not issued for tracked deliveries that show as "delivered." We are not able to issue refunds for packages that have been stolen.
For US shipments, a package is considered lost"by USPS after 30 days. For international shipments a package is considered lost after 45 days. Please note that we must wait to file an insurance claim for a missing package until it is classified "lost" by USPS.

Methods of Payment: We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as payment by PayPal for on-line orders. Please note that our credit card processor requires that you provide your name exactly as it appears on you card as well as the zip code of your billing address.
State Sales Tax: Sales tax of 7.75% is automatically applied to all orders delivered within the state of California.

32 Degrees North ships orders worldwide. Please note that our website displays prices in US$ and collects payment in US$. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and PayPal. The exchange rate is determined by our credit card processor on the day your order is charged. Please be aware that your credit card company may carry service charges for foreign purchases. Please do not send cash or international money orders.
International buyers should be aware of the laws of their own country and should be prepared to deal with any and all customs-related fees and charges. Taxes, duties, VAT and any other levies assessed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Tracking to your country may not be available past package movement within the US. Customs clearance time frames differ by country and can sometimes take 1-3 weeks. Please note that we are not able to influence the speed with which your package is delivered. Once your package is handed off to the delivery company, handling and delivery time is in their control.

Color Matching:
Please note that we make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately. Because each computer screen displays colors slightly differently, we can't be responsible for variations in your monitor color or how your computer displays items.
